Structure And Working Principle:

BZX32-40.5M outdoor high-voltage permanent magnet vacuum circuit breaker is mainly composed of solid-sealed poles, current transformers, permanent magnet operating mechanisms and boxes. This type of circuit breaker is designed for miniaturization. At the same time, it is equipped with a manual emergency opening device. Current transformers can be selected according to user needs.

The control of BZX32.45.5M outdoor high-voltage permanent magnet vacuum circuit breaker is completed by the matching intelligent control unit. Working Principle And Process:

When the dynamic and static contacts are charged and opened under the action of the operating mechanism, a vacuum arc will be generated between the contacts. Composite or condensed on the surface of the contact and the shield, the dielectric strength of the arc extinguishing fracture is quickly restored, so that the arc is extinguished and completely broken.   • Energy storage: BZX32-24M outdoor high-voltage permanent magnet vacuum circuit breaker’s opening and closing energy is stored in high-performance capacitors, and the capacitors are installed in the intelligent controller unit box. The energy is provided by the instantaneous discharge of the capacitor when opening and closing. The capacitor charging energy is provided by the main power supply or backup power supply of the control unit, the charging time is less than 10s, and the capacitor voltage error is ≤ 1V.
  • Closing operation: Locally press the closing button on the intelligent control unit, or remotely control the closing operation to excite the closing coil of the operating mechanism, so that the iron core drives the moving contact of the circuit breaker to close at a specified speed. When it is judged that the circuit breaker is in the closing position, the control circuit will automatically disconnect the power supply of the closing coil. At this time, the iron core is kept on the closing side due to the action of the permanent magnet. The reaction force of the contact spring of the circuit breaker, and also has the self-holding force of the platform gate, so that the circuit breaker can be reliably maintained at the closing position.
  • Separate operation: Press the opening button on the intelligent control unit locally, or through the remote control opening operation, to excite the opening coil of the operating mechanism, and to overcome the self-holding force of the permanent magnet on the closing side and at the same time make the opening spring Pull the iron core to drive the moving contact of the circuit breaker to open at the specified speed. When it is judged that the circuit breaker is in the open position, the control circuit will automatically disconnect the power supply of the opening line. At this time, the iron core is out of the opening spring hoop. The action of the force is kept on the opening side, so that the circuit analyzer can be reliably kept in the opening position.
  • Manual emergency opening operation: When the circuit breaker is in the closing position, use an insulating operating rod to hook the handle of the circuit breaker to manually break down the operating handle, and pull it downwards, and the circuit breaker can be opened after the circuit breaker is opened, and there is still a certain H. The opening speed can ensure that the circuit breaker can reliably break the rated load current.
